Welcome to FitMen

Fitmen has programmes which are tailored to your needs. Sessions are held in small group environments so that your technique can be observed and corrected to ensure you are dong exercises the right way. We have  fitness and weight training in the studio as well as outdoor boot camp and yoga and Pilates in our Sanctuary room. We also offer meditation courses to help you with stress management to enable you to achieve a balanced health and lifestyle programme.

All members are assessed in a personal training session before joining any fitness sessions so that your posture, exercise and medical history can be taken into account when you join in any programme. Our approach is holistic and we offer all types of exercise options to allow for individual differences in client needs.  We aim to provide a fun, friendly atmosphere with a high level of instruction and care. Whether you are an experienced exerciser or if you have never been to a gym before, we welcome you to join us at Fitmen!
