All fitmen™ packages are designed to balance your mind and body for better health and well-being. They are tailored to suit your needs, choosing from sessions in indoor and outdoor fitness, personal training,pilates, yoga, meditation or acupuncture and massage.
There is no joining fee at fitmen™, so you can choose a package to suit you or just one course according to your needs. All pricing packages include a personal training session to assess your needs and set up the ideal programme for you, with nutritional advice and recommendations for home programmes
Healthy /Fit4Life
This programme provides a mix of weight training, cardio-vascular fitness and flexibility work. It aims to keep your heart rate up to increase fitness and reduce body fat and includes weights and core work to increase muscle mass and strength. This programme is a weights only session aimed to increase muscle strength and build muscle mass. It also includes core stability work. These sessions use various programming techniques to overload your muscles in a safe, supervised environment.

Fit4Sport
If you are wanting to streak ahead of your competitors in sport these sessions are for you. The sessions are very specific to the individual sport you are playing and your biomechanics. After your assessment we will structure your programme to correct imbalances, increase strength and improve performance for sports such as golf, cycling, surfing, rowing etc.
FitSquad
These sessions are for those who like to train outdoors and to be pushed to their max! The sessions combine lunges, squats, push ups, dips with running, skipping, stairs and boxing to provide you with a challenging workout that pushes you to your max!

If you love a hard cardio session in the outdoors, then join our outdoor boxing/martial arts session. This session combines boxing, push ups, dips, squats, running, stairs and skipping for a hard outdoor workout! (indoor venue is an option in the rain).
ZUMBA
This mixed class is high energy and high fun!Come along and dance to some great music and get fit at the same time! One hour of fun dance moves, starting early Feb.
Spin
Spin classes are performed on stationary bikes, usually set to adrenaline-inducing music and led by a high energy instructor. You'll be led through a virtual ride on flat roads, hills and sprints and you'll often be getting up and out of that
